In order to perform, the horse's physical condition is of enormous importance. This includes a well-equipped muscular system. Horses need essential amino acids to build and maintain powerful muscles. The horse cannot produce these itself. They must therefore be supplied via the feed.
Sport horses or young horses at the start of their work benefit from Myocrescat, as the amino acids it contains help to build up a powerful muscular system.
Stallions and broodmares also need more essential amino acids during the breeding season or during lactation.
In older horses, metabolic performance decreases and the need for amino acids increases, so they need to be supplemented more to maintain weight and body mass.
