If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us or to Heinz Tönnies Großhandel GmbH & Co. KG (Rechterfeld - Heide 22, 49429 Visbek, Germany). The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you finance this contract by means of a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us at the time the withdrawal takes effect, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract with regard to you concerning the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. This shall not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you wish to avoid contractual obligations as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to do so.

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, you will be provided with free return labels for your return shipment. If you use these return labels, the return will be free of charge for you. A link to access the return label will be provided. You can return the shipment at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany. 

In case of doubt, the German version of this withdrawal policy shall prevail.
